If you must cancel a lesson, you must do so the night before to avoid being charged. If you cancel late, the options are:
1. Pay in full.
2. Reschedule the lesson for that same week (if the instructor has time)
3. If you turn up for a lesson unsuitably dressed, then stable management lessons will be given (see clothing requirements).
4. If you are too cold to ride, stable management lessons will be given. If you think it may be too cold to ride, call the weather station the night before (545-8550) and if you do not want stable management lessons, you may cancel the night before.
No one shall go into a stable or field with a horse or pony in it without permission of the instructor.
No one shall climb or play on the hay as it can be very dangerous.
No one shall climb or play on or around any farm equipment or machinery
Children should be supervised at all times by the parents or guardian with the exception of their lesson time. If you are dropping your child off and leaving the property, please make sure you tell the instructor and also let the instructor know when you pick them up.
